New Troy

by Bret Colin Sheppard

London England was archaically called New Troy because of its immigrants from Thrace, Dardania (Tree, Forest, Danoi), (Troy). New York also got its name from this source of reference. Later came the Saxons (German) and Ancient Italians (Etruscans). Everything points to these ancient tribes of the Balkans along the Danube. Going farther back in history we have the Scythian tribes, same people which became tribes of many. Tribe=family.
